Burn a DVD/CD without a program can be done using Windows 7/8, or 10. The Process is quite simple. If you are using lower than Windows 7, you will need a special program like Nero.
1. Insert an empty burnable DVD to the DVD drive.
2. Copy any folder or files from their location and paste in DVD drive location
3. It will first store in the temporary folder
4. Right-click on your DVD drive icon, you will see burn DVD
5. Choose burn DVD and the real DVD burning is start, wait until finish.
